About Taylor Family History

Taylor Family History begins with the histories of the Taylor, Sinclair, Hallam, and Moxham families, but its purpose is broader than recording a family tree. Through family narratives, historical articles, photographs, documents, oral histories and research guides, the site explores the places, occupations, migrations and social worlds in which earlier generations lived. It is intended both for family members and for anyone interested in family history and the recovery of ordinary lives from the historical record.
